Unrelated to the nickname glitch thread that is in progress and locked; that thread says /refreshskin will fix the problem

However, assuming this is a separate problem, players cannot see other people's skins even after both people have refreshed.

I believe the issue is not that it does work, I believe that the other bug is not solved by the command.
